What’s our return or exchange policy?

This is where refunds and/or exchanges must be initiated. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned unharmed, unwashed, and unused. All returns and exchanges are handled within a week of the delivery arriving at our warehouse. Refunds are made to the original payment method used to place the transaction. Exchanges are only accepted when seeking a different size for the same product.

How long does it take to process a return?

After the shipment reaches our warehouse, all returns and exchanges are handled within a week. If you have received a refund, it will typically appear in your account five to ten business days after it has been processed. What if my items are damaged or defective?
